“This is a wonderful daycare with excellent facilities and a large outdoor play area. The teaching team is very diverse, with educators from various countries, which creates a very inclusive and multicultural environment. My child has been attending for over a year. Although we’ve had a few minor issues along the way, the teachers have always been responsible, attentive, and quick to resolve any concerns with clear communication. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience here.”

“Not recommend this center, my child had been bitten 3 times by the same boy and they can’t manage to get it solved. They had enrolled too many child, the playground is big and the teachers are too busy to keep an eye on them. I had removed my child to other center and she is very happy since then.”

“My daughter has been attending Fantails for a year and a half now, she joined in the infants room before progressing onto the toddlers room, and we have been so so happy with our experience here. Every single teacher that has cared for my daughter has been warm, loving and genuinely kind towards her - I’m so appreciative. I know the culture they foster within is strongly geared towards providing gentle guidance, empathy and being emotional intelligent in how they care and interact with our children. The actual service Fantails provides is also to a high standard - there is a routine, there are protocols, and they following the New Zealand early learning framework very closely and keep us in the loop about how our children are progressing in relation. From the warmth I receive at reception to the support I receive from her teachers daily - I’m beyond grateful. Highly recommend.”

“We have been with Fantail Estate for over 5 years now. My 9 year old daughter was one of the OG at Fantail when it first opened approximately 5 years ago. My 2 year old son naturally was sent to Fantail as it is one of the best daycare we have ever known. The outdoor is next level - it’s such a beautiful space, large area, well equipped and my kids absolutely love the sandpit and always feel so free to run around. The classrooms themselves are beautiful spaces that both my kids enjoy every day and not to mention the food that gets catered - nutritional and delicious. I love hearing about the number of bowls/plates they eat each day 😄 The teachers and staff are the most lovely, accommodating human beings that I feel so comfortable leaving my kids with.
