Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Littlies is a registered New Zealand business. You can choose monthly billing for flexibility or annual billing to simplify your accounts.
Can I update the information you already have?
Absolutely. We may have started your profile with publicly available data, but claiming your listing gives you full control. You can curate your photo gallery, rewrite your description, update staff details, and upload your latest fee structure whenever things change.
Is there a long-term contract?
No lock-in contracts for monthly plans — you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed once per year.
How does the 'Enquiry Form' work?
When a parent sends an enquiry through your profile, it goes directly to your designated email address. We don't act as a middleman — you own the relationship with the family from day one. By capturing the essential details, we make it easy for you to follow up and convert interest into enrolments.
What if we have multiple centres?
We offer discounted pricing and centralised management for groups with 3 or more centres. Our team can help you keep branding consistent and reporting simple across all of your locations.
