Despite understanding that short-term enrollments might not be preferred, I expected a more professional and friendly approach, especially when dealing with potential new families. Additionally, I was informed that there is no difference between the toddler and preschool rooms, which did not align with what I was looking for. As a parent, having clear and supportive communication is crucial, and unfortunately, this centre did not meet those expectations.”
