“I’m a big fan of young and amazing and so grateful for the care they provide. Our little one loves going to young and amazing, often talks about the kids and teachers and what she has learnt. The staff are so kind and their experience working with children really shows. The centre was purpose built, so lots of outdoor space, well designed rooms, and it’s set back from the road. The staff also give lots of updates which is great. I also love that my little one is often bringing home art work, creations (mothers days, matariki etc) and they have extra events/ themes/ activities on regularly.”

“Highly recommend Y&A 😍 Our eldest has been through all 4 of their rooms.. She is currently a 4 year old in ‘preschool 2’ doing the full mon-fri week now, having first started in 2022 as a 1 year old in ‘nursery’ 3 days per week initially, and she has blossomed with all their years of care too. All 4 rooms are amazing. Each time we move on from one, we’re sad to leave, but the next room turns out to be equally amazing!!! The teachers are all so caring & lovely! We’re big fans of Catherine (owner) and she leads an amazing team too. Consistently great with low turnover so you really get to know everyone… ..Highlights for us include: gentle and genuinely caring team, great balance of child-led play as well as learning (for example.. our daughter knows happy birthday in another language thanks to Y&A, and can sing the national anthem in te reo & english (again, taught by Y&A with her little friends there), and has just been accepted into a private primary school for next year where they assessed her as a having excellent social & writing skills & ability to follow instructions & have fun at school.. and we credit Y&A hugely in helping set her up for that), they do so many wonderful activities and learn about allll the cultures, they include us and make sure we know what’s going on with our dear girl, AND the food is amazing! Super healthy and cooked on site. Menu provided so we know what they’re eating each week. Low sugar, lots of healthy & yummy variety. Our girl is such a great eater with their help too… ..Honestly they rate 10/10 in our books on all things. Down to earth people with the highest quality care, it’s exceptional value. Our girl LOVES it which says it all as well. Great communication with parents. The list goes on..! ..Looking forward to sending our second daughter there too. We found this place for our eldest on recommendation from a friend who had their child go through (as they really don’t need to advertise), and we are forever grateful. Feel like it’s our civic duty to pass on a recommendation also wholeheartedly. 100/100 :)”

“Fabulous centre! Our 2 kids are both very happy here, we've had experience in 3 of the 4 rooms so far and all teachers are lovely 🩷 the facilities are great, extra activities put on are fun and the kids are well fed, entertained and learning so much!”

“We rate this daycare so highly, our daughter is nearly 3 and has been going since she was 10 months old. The teachers and staff are so welcome and nurturing, our daughter absolutely adores them all and loves going. It’s amazing to see how well children can succeed in such a loving environment. Other than the care and amazing learning provided it also exceeded our expectations with food provided. Every day a healthy cooked meal is provided meeting all of our child’s nutritional needs and this takes such a big weight off needing to make packed lunches. Wouldn’t send our child anywhere else :)”
