“Made my child go through four weeks of visits and on one of those visits I picked my 3 yr old up to find he was all alone outside with the doors closed and when I mentioned this to the centre manager she confirmed her staff were keeping an eye on him from inside . This is unacceptable and I don’t recommend and there were no follow ups at all to see how we were doing with visits and as soon as he was to start his full day they said he couldn’t and needed to be picked up early because he doesn’t eat spaghetti bolognaise and prefers his own lunchbox food.”
