What Is 20 Hours ECE funding?
20 Hours ECE is a government-funded initiative that helps reduce the cost of early childhood education for families with tamariki aged 3–5. Eligible children can receive up to 20 hours of funded care and education each week at participating services. Centres can set their own enrolment patterns and may ask for optional charges, but the funded hours themselves should be free of compulsory fees. If you are unsure how this works at Montessori Educare Limited, it is best to ask the centre directly how they apply 20 Hours ECE.

Parent Reviews
“This centre has such a wide range of excellence to offer your children - too many to list in one review. Id definitely recommend to call and book a time to go visit the lovely team at Montessori and experience what a fun learning atmosphere they have created for all the little learners. My children thrived so well there and it was a good feeling that when they started school they had already been exposed to alot of education (writing, phonics, counting etc) and that they also learn good classroom "etiquette". But the best part is the children are safe, happy and LOVE going. It's such a well balanced place in many ways. Thanks Monte teachers/carers for all your smiles, patience and all round brilliance for our little people. I've also added some photos that the teachers had sent throughout the weeks. This is just a very small amount of the cool educational activities they get to do. They have a huge range for the all ages and different interests that children like/need”
“So many positives about this centre. I couldn't possibly list them all but here's a select list of some of the things we've loved: a calm and settled space that looks nice, a huge variety of activities, thorough planning shows in the engaging and authentic learning activities and the choice of really relevant topics, totally professional teachers who are just lovely and whom I just can't rate high enough for their humour, vibrancy and gentle can-do positivity. A responsive admin, great communication and a real feeling of connection to the community. Both my kids have LOVED it and I've been blown away with the love of learning that has been fostered in them and how their uniqueness has been celebrated. Looking forward to sending the next child in the future.”
