What Is 20 Hours ECE funding?
20 Hours ECE is a government-funded initiative that helps reduce the cost of early childhood education for families with tamariki aged 3–5. Eligible children can receive up to 20 hours of funded care and education each week at participating services. Centres can set their own enrolment patterns and may ask for optional charges, but the funded hours themselves should be free of compulsory fees. If you are unsure how this works at Lollipops Blighs Road, it is best to ask the centre directly how they apply 20 Hours ECE.

Parent Reviews
“At first when my child with a disability attended this Centre, we found this place to be supportive and inclusive while he was in the nursery, but once he moved into the over 2 room, we felt very let down. He wasn't thriving, and not having some of his needs met. It appeared that his extra needs became too hard for them to deal with, despite that extra support was to come onboard, so we were forced to leave. I wouldn't recommend this Centre if your child requires extra support in their learning and wellbeing.”
“Awesome Preschool. Teachers are very friendly making my child feel so safe and welcome. Reception staff are always so happy and bubbly when you walk in and the centre is a fun inviting place. Kitchen is Gold star healthy hearts.”
“Amazing ECE Centre! Fantastic teachers / staff, super meals and such a positive environment for children to learn in!”
“Excellent care and education. Four classrooms. Good teachers and great teacher to child ratios. Good sense of community. Healthy and plentiful meals prepared and supplied by the cook.”
