“Disappointing Experience with Management at Busy Bees Silverdale Central As a parent, I expected open and professional communication from the management team at Busy Bees Silverdale Central. Unfortunately, when I raised concerns about my child's experience, I felt dismissed and even made to feel guilty for speaking up. The management seemed more interested in deflecting issues than addressing them constructively. This approach not only undermines trust but also discourages parents from voicing legitimate concerns. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability and professionalism in handling feedback. I hope the centre reevaluates its communication strategies to foster a more supportive environment for both children and parents.”
