“Myself Khushali Patel , Would like to write a formal review expressing the dissatisfaction with a preschool staff. Unfortunately our experience has been subpar due to staff behaviour. Lack of communication and lack of discipline towards Parents. I was having invoicing issues which was making me confused about and I approached to administrator Jess, her way of communicating with parents was totally unacceptable and explaining to parents that I have to put all children timesheets manually in to the system which makes mistakes for typing totally understandable. But mistakes can happens sometimes not always and it’s her job she’s getting paid for what she’s doing . She can’t give this kind of explanation to parents which makes parents frustrating. I was just asking her my confusion and she starts saying to me that this invoice is not sent by me so you can’t get angry on me which I was not . Very disappointed is this the way staff should treat to parents? . Before we have had an issue with new Supervisor in Mako roo Now with Admin. Not recommended at all . I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the preschool services. Best Regards K Patel”

“Great centre all, our two eldest children loved the teachers and we found them very safe and experienced. Now youngest joins and we expecting the same great experience. Definitely recommend this Day Care Center.”

“Best start kilmarnock is the best multicultural 👌🏻 preschool. My Doughter loves going to school, she also comes back happy and confident. As a parents we also feel safe. All credit goes to highly qualified, experienced and very polite staff. Teachers go over and beyond for child development. Center Manager Linda is very supportive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended A++ Thank you everyone.”

We immediately felt relaxed meeting the team for the first time (especially Linda), and knew our child would be safe here and that she’d have loads of fun!
