What Is 20 Hours ECE funding?

“TLC was good to begin with but we decided to leave as they were unable to provide the one-on-one care that we signed up for, and paid for, because of chronic staffing issues. We understood the challenges facing the centre during this time, but eventually could not work around their unreliability, and they did not seem to be able to resolve it. After we gave more than the 1 month required notice, we felt very let down by the centre as the care they gave our child was completely diminished. Rock bottom was during our child's final week at TLC, the owner sent us a voice recording of our (completely healthy) child crying for us, and TLC demanding that we pick him up because he was "fussy" and they were unable to provide him the care he required. This was heartbreaking and astoundingly unprofessional. Fortunately, our son is very happy and content at his new day care.”
