What Is 20 Hours ECE funding?
20 Hours ECE is a government-funded initiative that helps reduce the cost of early childhood education for families with tamariki aged 3–5. “Really great environment for children to thrive. Children are seen for who they are and the way the teachers talk to them is lovely. Our child comes home with great new vocabulary to talk about her creations, her activities and how she sets boundaries. The settling in period and difficult drop-offs are handled very supportive by the teachers. Specific needs around food can be catered for which is really great as a busy mum. It is so calm when we pick up and the teachers are calm and don't look exhausted - both was very different at the daycare our child attended before. This has such a big impact on how much more relaxed our evenings go. Can highly recommend :)”
