“Just an absolutely lovely, homely and adorable preschool with staff that are passionate, empathetic and switched on. I always know my daughter is safe and well looked after here, with great understanding and celebration of who she is as an individual. My daughter has been going to Millie’s since 10 months old. We’ve had such a wonderful experience from the nursery room as an infant to the over 2’s room as a toddler. I’m always absolutely impressed with what my daughter learns everyday. Since she’s been at Millie’s she’s uncovered her love for the arts, messy play, reading, singing (she came home singing twinkle twinkle in Te Reo fluently at 22 months old which we were pretty blown away by). Special shout out to Kelly! She is like the Ms Rachel of the centre and absolutely so engaged and so knowledgeable with child development and learning. The location has been excellent for me as a central city worker and easily accessible. I’ve always appreciated how flexible and understanding they’ve been with pick-up and drop-off times as a full-time working mum. The admin and management team are all mums also, they understand the hustle no matter what your situation is, which has been pretty cathartic to say the least 🙏 Oh, and last, but not least- they provide yummy and nutritious meals which is built into the fees and not charged extra. This day care is an absolute gem.”
