“From the moment we walked in to Little Earth, we knew we'd found our tribe. The calm and peaceful atmosphere is palpable, and it's clear that the children are cared for and taught in a way that's both nurturing and respectful. Unlike other daycares we've seen, where children can often be overstimulated and chaotic, Little Earth Montessori stands out for its serene and focused environment. The staff's child-centred approach is truly exceptional - they've taken the time to get to know our daughter, catering to her unique needs and interests in a way that's both respectful and holistic. Our daughter started in the Nido room when she was 18 months old and continued through to the Preschool room until she turned five. Watching her grow and thrive in this environment has been an absolute joy. We firmly believe that the staff at Little Earth Montessori have played a significant role in shaping her into the confident and happy child she is today. The way they've nurtured her curiosity, independence, and love for learning has been incredible. As she's prepared to start school, we've been amazed at how well-equipped she is to take on this new chapter. The staff's dedication to preparing children for the next stage of their educational journey is evident, and we couldn't be more grateful for the foundation they've helped our daughter build. The centre itself is a haven for children, and the beautiful outdoor spaces with all the lovely animals are a perfect complement to the learning environment. It's wonderful to see the children interacting with the animals and learning about responsibility and compassion. The natural resources and surroundings provide a perfect backdrop for exploration and discovery. One thing that's clear is the exceptional management of Little Earth Montessori. The leadership and vision are evident in every aspect of the centre, from the staff's passion and dedication to the quality of the learning environment. The staff are happy, supported, and empowered to do their best work, and it shows in the care and education they provide to the children. As an expat with no family in the area, being part of the Little Earth Montessori community has been a lifeline for me. The staff and families have become like extended whānau, and I trust them completely with our child's care. Knowing that our daughter is in such capable and loving hands has made a huge difference for me, and I feel grateful to be part of this community. Myself and my Husband have built an incredible relationship with the staff, and they truly care for each child as if they were part of their own family. We can't recommend Little Earth Montessori highly enough! We are excited to welcome our youngest child to the Little Earth whānau soon and know they'll receive the same love and care.”

“Little Earth has been a home away from home for our first born, not to mention a highly coveted environment by our youngest. Over the last two and a half years our son has moved from the Nido room, where he bonded so closely with his carers to the preschool room where his skill sets really blossomed. At Little Earth they foster loving and affectionate and consent based relationships with endless patience and persistent communication from all kaiako. They navigate learning in a very 'real world' approach allowing children the autonomy and power to direct their learning with the option to invite friends to join in. I really appreciated this as sharing is such a hard concept to navigate with young people. The communication between us and the teachers was always forthcoming and thoughtful. I can honestly say this preschool cares about tamariki/children and their relationships with each other and their environment 100%. It's only been 1.5 weeks since we left and we miss you all so much! “Little Earth Montessori was the easiest and best decision I had made for myself and my son. Little Earth Montessori was my last tour/visit to make my final decision and it was an immediate yes. The fear of this new chapter was immediately at ease when we enrolled here. 4 months later I am still so happy with my decision. The teachers have been overwhelmingly supportive of my son and the big, emotional, transition this was for him.
