Kowhai Kids Early Learning Centre is a privately-owned early education centre catering for ages 0-5 years.
The centre is licensed for up to 80 children (FTE) including up to 25 under twos.
Kowhai Kids Early Learning Centre also offers 20 hours free education for children over three.
