“Lots of complaints were dismissed, the last straw for us was when my infant went the whole day without being being fed. Staff lied to us and said he had half a pouch but all the pouches were still in the baby bag when I picked him up. Dont even get me started about the time they covered up a gash in my daughters head with her fringe, we had to take her to Tui Medical and have it glued, it was dismissed and deflected back at us. Minus 10 stars”
