“beautiful facility, Wendy was really nice when showing us around, but was disappointed with our visit- it seemed like Mel (head teacher) forgot we were coming and we just stood outside unsure where to go for 5 minutes with other staff unsure why we were even there, and then when we did have a chat- they had already given away the spaces we had discussed over email (only a few days earlier and had agreed just needed to confirm at visitation and collect the sign up form to get the ball rolling) so just seemed like we weren’t important with the lack of communication, it feeling unorganised/ unprepared ? and was disappointing experience which is unfortunate as would’ve happily gone on wait list if they didn’t make us feel minuscule/ like a nuisance. Wasn’t a nice overall experience.”
