What Is 20 Hours ECE funding?
20 Hours ECE is a government-funded initiative that helps reduce the cost of early childhood education for families with tamariki aged 3–5. Eligible children can receive up to 20 hours of funded care and education each week at participating services. Centres can set their own enrolment patterns and may ask for optional charges, but the funded hours themselves should be free of compulsory fees. If you are unsure how this works at Busy Bees Roscommon Road, it is best to ask the centre directly how they apply 20 Hours ECE.

“Staff are lovely and very kind, however my son has lost so many clothes and hats here and it just feels like i'm going around in circles trying to find it. My son took his macpac puffer jacket to school and didn't go to school the next day as i thought they had put it inside his bag and when he returned they weren't sure who the staff was that put it away- checked lost property and there was nothing. My son has left the school and still haven't found it.”
“I think it is a very lovely place for kids! Good attention to the kid, knowing his/her preferences, kind and excellent hospitality! Keep it up!!! Well done!”
