Parent Reviews
“We’ve been at Busy Bees for over a year now and am so happy we made the choice to have our two children here at this awesome centre. We’ve have a child in every single room now and can say that no matter where your child is placed in the centre, they will have amazing staff looking after them. You can tell the teachers WANT to be there and genuinely love their job. Having been to other centres, I can tell you this makes a huge difference to the children’s experience - making them feel welcome, safe, and happy - and I know I feel very comfortable leaving my children with the team. The centre manager knows and engages with all the kids, has a great positive attitude, and I feel is really trustworthy. The team as a whole is cohesive and a well oiled machine with the back office staff being friendly and always awesome to work with. Highly recommend Busy Bees McGarvey Road. The staff is amazing, outside play area unreal - so many places for physical activities, including a pool! - and a general air of happiness throughout the whole centre. Sign your child(ren) up - it will be one of the best decisions you make for your children and the whole family.”
“The kids love Busy Bees!”
“Enrolled my toddler four months before visits started, got a start date for visits then meant to start a week after that properly! Communication was poor throughout the whole process. Then a few days before the initial visits were meant to take place the centre manager sent a vague and pitiful email stating due to another family’s circumstances “later found out was due to my ex partners child being at the centre” they would have to place my child back on the wait list with no apology whatsoever for mucking my family around for four months then choosing to cater to another family. Was the most unprofessional situation I’ve ever had to deal with and the centre manager caused my family immense stress and unfair stress at that due to their poor decision making abilities my toddler wasn’t able to start her preschooling due to this centre”
“I had enrolled my daughter to start at busy bees, she had a start date and was due to start initial visits in a few days, when the centre manager emailed and advised due to my partners ex Cameron Morrison and his current partner Georgie Shaw telling the centre manager that they didn’t want myself or partner around their child so the manager Sara made up an excuse on their behalf saying another family in the centres circumstances had changed we would have to be placed back on the waitlist and there was now no spot for my daughter! despite being meant to start initial visits in four days time! And having started the enrolment process last year November The centre managers response and apology for this decision was poor and ingenuine. Also throughout the whole enrolment process there was poor communication on their behalf and I was constantly having to chase things up. The stress from this centres managers decisions and actions and behaviour would lead me to strongly advise against any family to attend busy bees mcgarvey road. There is no professionalism there.”
“My little boy is so happy going to daycare, the staff take such good care of him. We just love LOP McGarvey Road”
