The team is very attentive to signs of tiredness, hunger, or discomfort, and they respond to what our baby needs in a gentle and caring way. They know the daily routine and cues well, and they keep us updated throughout the day. When they’re unsure about something, they always check in with us, which we really appreciate. It’s always a warm and welcoming atmosphere when you arrive: they greet you, ask how your day has been, and share how your child’s day went. They tell you what activities your child enjoyed and fill in a daily journey so you know when they’ve slept, eaten, and been changed. We chose this centre because it’s smaller and more personal, with a wonderful outdoor space that really suits our lifestyle and values as rural parents. It feels like a perfect fit for us — calm, nurturing, and well-aligned with how we want our baby to grow and explore. They do lovely activities and adapt them to suit each child’s interests. We truly feel our child is in great hands and cared for as an individual.”
