“I have had both of my kids at this centre one that has moved onto school and was at best start great north road for 4 years and his experience was everything I could of asked for teachers are lovely. I have my youngest son there at the moment and he's moving on to school late next year. The center has meet all my son needs as he has a few health problems and allergies. Everytime I am worried about anything I am listen to and reassure. We are going to be very sad to leave next year. But both of my children have loved coming to this center and I recommend best start great north road to everyone I come into contact with. “I reached out to the centre multiple times after discovering that my child was not safe there, but they did absolutely nothing to address the situation. The worst moment was witnessing other children hitting my son on the forehead while he was fast asleep — and this happened in the common play area, not even in the designated sleeping room. The teachers were nearby, laughing and chatting instead of intervening. The incident left me in shock and caused severe stress; my son even developed a high fever afterward. My son couldn’t sleep for nearly a week because he was so terrified. When I requested to see the camera footage, I was told there were no security cameras in the centre. If you value your child’s emotional well-being and safety, I strongly advise you to stay away from this place. No family should have to experience what we went through.”
