“My child has been attending the infant room at this daycare for nearly a year and a half, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care provided. The staff is well-trained, loving, and consistently engaged with the children. The room is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed with infant development in mind. One of the biggest signs of how comfortable and happy my child is here is that he often doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up! As a parent, that gives me so much reassurance that he is truly well cared for. The conversations and updates at pickup help me feel connected to his day, and I always appreciate the staff taking the time to share how he’s been. Centre manager works really closely with the team to make sure every child is thriving and parents feel connected to the place. “Very upsetting to witness how one teacher verbally reprimanded a child so loudly which resulted in the child crying uncontrollably in the corner with her pants halfway down her legs. Other adults were around who witnessed this did nothing for a couple of minutes, till they noticed me walking through the door, they then comforted the girl. The teacher had walked away and pretended that nothing happened. Many of the kids are left to cry.”

The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and dedicated to each child's development. The management team is professional, approachable, and proactive in ensuring a safe and positive environment. The manager is always available to address any concerns and genuinely cares about the wellbeing and progress of the children. Security is taken very seriously at the center, with strict protocols in place to ensure all children are safe and secure at all times. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and conducive to learning and play. It’s been a wonderful experience watching my son thrive in such a positive and supportive setting. I am grateful for the dedicated caregivers, staff, and management who have contributed to his joyful and well-rounded early childhood experience.
