“Do not send your children here. Incompetent staff. Unfriendly staff. Children are not in a safe environment. My child had numerous serious injuries due to other kids pushing, slapping, biting and in most cases no staff member saw or let me know of the injury. No incident forms completed. Pure negligence and no safeguarding of the children. Took my child out for her safety and wellbeing.”

“When arriving to collect my young child, I noticed that he had soiled himself in the morning and not a single teacher had noticed. He had been left in his soiled clothes all day. This is NOT the first time. When I spoke to the centre manager, I was verbally attacked infront of my child, who is now too scared and upset to return to the centre.”
